Do you ever feel guilty when you tell people no?
Do you ever feel walked on by friends, family, or coworkers?
Do you ever feel like your needs aren’t valued or heard?

If you answered yes to these questions, it you may have some boundaries in your life being violated. When your boundaries are violated you can become bitter, angry, and overwhelmed with your life.

Come spend your lunch hour learning some valuable life tools on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 11:30am-1:00pm. Presented by Crystal Renaud Day, MAPC.

Learning to set healthy boundaries at home and at work are the foundation for happiness and success—not to mention, boundaries are biblical! This lunch and learn webinar is designed to help you define boundaries, identify the exact boundaries you need (at home, at work, etc.), and then, implement them into your daily life—by learning to say no and mean it, letting go of what is not your responsibility, and advocating for your needs in relationships. The webinar will conclude with a Q&A time to have your individual questions answered.

If you can’t make it live, a recording option is also available. All registration options include:

  • live webinar only
  • live webinar + recording & Boundaries worksheet
  • live webinar + recording & Boundaries worksheet + individual coaching session
